RTJ flange: RTJ butt welded flange, also known as ring joint butt welded flange, is a pipe fitting for pipe connection. The neck structure makes the connection between the flange and the pipeline more stable and can withstand greater pressure and tension.

• The sealing surface is annular groove shape and is sealed by installing special metal gaskets, which provides better sealing effect under high pressure than other sealing surface forms. The flange is generally a high pressure flange, the specification is DN15 to DN600 from small to large specifications, this type of flange has a variety of materials, common carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and so on. For example, 316L stainless steel RTJ butt welding flange corrosion resistance is good, suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical and other corrosive media pipeline system; Carbon steel RTJ butt welded flange has low cost and high strength, and is suitable for general industrial pipes. Mainly used in oil refineries, chemical plants of high temperature, high pressure pipeline and equipment connection, such as crude oil transmission pipeline, distillation tower, reactor and other devices between the connection.
