1. Appearance inspection: the casting surface should be smooth, no forging scars, cracks and other defects, sticky sand, oxide, etc., should be removed; The machined surface shall not have burrs, harmful scratches and other defects that reduce the strength of the flange and the reliability of the connection; The sealing surface of the ring joint flange should be checked one by one, and the two sides of the groove should not have surface defects such as cracks, scratches and bumps caused by mechanical processing.

2. Dimensional inspection: Check the outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, bolt hole spacing and other dimensions of the flange according to the relevant specifications to ensure that the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements.

3. Material identification inspection: Check whether the identification of the flange material is clear and accurate, and whether the material meets the design requirements, such as the chemical composition and mechanical properties of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials should meet the corresponding standards.

4. Quality certificate inspection: Check the quality certificate provided by the factory to ensure that the chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat treatment requirements and other contents are correct and consistent with the actual product.
