Tower cylinder flange:
The tower barrel is the support structure of the wind turbine set, usually consisting of a plurality of tower barrel segments connected through the tower barrel flange. The cylinder flange is generally a large ring forging, the size is large, and its diameter can change according to the diameter of the cylinder. Due to the tower to withstand the wind turbine self-weight, wind load, vibration and other complex loads, the tower cylinder flange needs to have high strength and rigidity to ensure the overall stability of the tower cylinder.
Wheel hub flange:
The hub is a key component connecting the blade and the spindle, and the hub flange is used to connect the blade and the hub body. Its structural design needs to take into account the huge torque and centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the blade, so the hub flange must not only have enough strength to transmit torque, but also be able to withstand the centrifugal force of the blade and the alternating load generated in complex wind conditions.
