Light-duty Flange  Corresponding to Code 61 in ISO 6162-1 and SAE J518 standards, also known as the 3000psi flange. It is suitable for hydraulic systems with relatively low pressure and can generally withstand a pressure range from 3.5MPa (35bar) to 21MPa (210bar).
Heavy-duty Flange : Corresponding to Code 62 in ISO 6162-2 and SAE J518 standards, also known as the 6000psi flange. It is used in occasions with high pressure and can withstand a pressure range from 21MPa (210bar) to 42MPa (420bar) or even higher.
  Nominal Diameter
DN13 to DN127 The nominal diameter range of hydraulic pipe flanges is usually between DN13 and DN127. For example, DN13 corresponds to 1/2 inch, DN25 corresponds to 1 inch, DN50 corresponds to 2 inches, and so on.
   
      Dimension Specification
Outer Diameter of the Flange It increases with the increase of the nominal diameter. For example, the outer diameter of a light-duty flange with a nominal diameter of DN10 may be 50mm, and the outer diameter of a light-duty flange with a nominal diameter of DN200 may be 340mm.
Bolt Hole Pitch  The bolt hole pitch varies for flanges with different nominal diameters and pressure ratings. For instance, the bolt hole pitch of a DN10 flange may be 60mm, and that of a DN100 flange may be 180mm.
Bolt Diameter and Quantity  The bolt diameters generally include M14, M18, M22, etc., and the number of bolts ranges from 4 to 20. For example, a DN25 flange may use M14 bolts, with a quantity of 4; a DN500 flange may use M26 bolts, with a quantity of 20.
Flange Thickness
