In rolling bearings, it is usually composed of an inner ring raceway and an outer ring raceway, the inner ring raceway is closely attached to the shaft, and the outer ring raceway is installed on the bearing seat or other stationary parts. Its cross-section shapes are diverse, common are round, oval, rectangular, etc. Different shapes of raceways are suitable for different working scenes and bearing requirements. For example, the circular raceway is more uniform when bearing radial loads, and the rectangular raceway has an advantage when bearing larger axial loads.

Our company mainly provides raceways for mixing trucks, the material is Q345B Q355B, and the HB requirement is not less than 150.

The first is forging or rolling, processing raw materials into roughly circular billets, which can optimize the internal structure of the material and improve its overall performance.
